Emily Ratajkowski debuted her new bob at Hourglass Cosmetics' lipstick launch in Manhattan on February 9th. Penélope Cruz also got in on the new hairstyle, debuting a longer bob that almost reaches her shoulders. Style queen Rihanna showed up in Paris with a bob haircut and newly platinum blonde hair. Jennifer Lopez sported a wet hair look, complete with a bob haircut, at Paris Haute Couture Week.
