Here’s another blast from the past. In teen sitcom Boy Meets World, we follow the life lessons of Cory Matthews and the people around him. Actress Danielle Fishel played Cory’s love interest, the wonderfully named Topanga. Fishel stayed with the show from 1993 to 2000, and appeared on Girl Meets World.

It may be an old-ish movie now, but 1992’s spy action comedy Spy Kids was a hit when it first came out. The family film followed brother and sister Carmen and Juni as they got tied up in their spy family’s shenanigans.

Let’s get back to Disney, this time with sitcom Sonny With a Chance. This series aired from 2009 to 2011, and followed teenager Sonny Munroe. Part of the cast was actress Tiffany Thornton, who played Tawni Hart. Tawni is the show’s classic jealous girl who eventually becomes besties with Sonny. Classic!

Nowadays, Tiffany Thornton is pretty far from sitcoms. Since 2016, she’s been working in college recruitment. Thornton is mom to two kids from her first marriage, Kenneth and Bentley, and two more from her second, Juliet and Kimber.

Before he was hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons, actor Shia LaBeouf was starring in Disney Channel comedy Even Stevens. The show was the usual sitcom setup, with a “manly” father, a no-nonsense mom, and kids with clashing personalities. Christy Carlson Romano played sister Ren, the perfectionist smart girl.

Christy Carlson Romano had a tough time when the show wrapped, but later met her husband at Barnard College. The couple is now parents to two daughters — Isabella Victoria, and Sophia Elizabeth.

In reality series Married to Jonas, we watched eldest Jonas Brother Kevin adjusted to married life. In the series, we saw the Jonas Brothers made their 2012 comeback, make an album, and eventually break up. Back then, Kevin was far from fatherhood.

No longer the fresh-faced kid who once starred on Hannah Montana, Kevin Jonas is now a proud father of two. Kevin and Danielle welcomed daughter Alena in 2014, and daughter Valentina in 2016.

Nathan Kress was another onscreen kid that did the circuit of noughties TV shows and movies. The child actor and model starred in Drake & Josh, and then made his name on iCarly. In the Nickelodeon show, Kress’s character Freddie is the technical producer of Carly’s web show.

Well, now he’s all grown up. Freddie Benson married actress and stunt performer London Elise Moore in 2015. The couple is parents to two daughters — Rosie Carolyn, and Evie Elise.

Alright folks, what about Nickelodeon’s 2007’s show Just Jordan? On this teen sitcom, Jordan works at his grandpa’s dinner and deals with his eccentric family. That sounds like a sitcom premise to us! One of Jordan’s frenemies on the series is Tony, played by Justin Chon.

Whilst Justin Chon has since portrayed Eric Yorkie in The Twilight Saga franchise, we can only see that goofy Just Jordan face. The actor and wife Sasha Egorova welcomed their first child in 2017.

The Adventures of Pete & Pete was a Nickelodeon comedy showing the surreal adventures of two brothers. That’s right — both brothers were named Pete. Not just that, both brothers were named Pete Wrigley. Clearly, the ’90s and ’00s were full of bizarre child-filled content.

Little Pete was played by actor Danny Tamberelli, who now has a little one of his own. The actor, comedian, and musician married Katelyn Detweiler in 2018. They welcomed a child in 2019. We hope it’s named Pete!

Selena Gomez was the lead in fantasy teen sitcom The Wizards of Waverly Place. The Disney Channel series aired for four seasons, starting back in 2007. In the show, three siblings train to master their magical powers. Brother Justin was played by actor David Henrie.

No longer a mere monster hunter, now David Henrie is a father. Trust us — that’s much harder. The actor and director has two children with wife Maria Cahill. As of yet, the names of the Henrie kids are unknown.

We’ve checked in with Tia Mowry, so it only makes sense that we also catch up with Tamera. The teen sitcom star played the boy-crazy Tamera Campbell on Sister, Sister — and also starred in Disney Channel movie Twitches. Like her sister, Tamera hasn’t gone anywhere, but we still see her as a fresh-faced teen.

Tamera Mowry married Fox News reporter Adam Housley in 2011. The two are parents to son Aden John Tanner Housley, and daughter Ariah Talea Housley.

From one double act to another, it’s finally time for Kenan and Kel! This twosome entertained audiences in their self-named sitcom from 1996 to 2000. Set in Chicago, the series follows best friends Kenan and Kel as they get up to all sorts of hijinks.

He was an orange soda-obsessed teen back then, but now Kel Mitchell is a father. Kel has four kids from two marriages. With Tyisha Hampton he has a son and a daughter, and with rapper Asia Lee, he has the same.

On Malcolm in the Middle, we saw a family’s hectic daily life. Eccentric father Hal and overbearing mom Lois were parents to four boys — Francis, Reese, Malcolm, and Dewey. Justin Tyler Berfield played Reese, the obnoxious and regularly violent brother.

Hopefully, Justin Tyler Berfield is nothing like his character in real life. The actor is now a father, as well as the series’ lead character Frankie Muniz. One minute they played terrors, and now, they’re raising them. Doesn’t time fly?

We’re returning to Nickelodeon comedy series Just Jordan to check in on actress Raven Goodwin. On the show, Goodwin played Tangie Cunningham, Jordan’s cousin. The tough character also nursed a massive crush on Tony Lee for the show’s duration.

The former child star announced her engagement to finance executive Wiley Battle in 2019, and they later welcomed a daughter. Once an on-screen teen, now Tangie is mom to Riley Rosa Bell Battle. And honestly, that makes us feel seriously old.

Admittedly, we’re going way back here, to ’80s hit Family Matters. Obviously, none of the actors from this show are still kids, but one is still seared in our collective memory. As Urkel, Jaleel White became a breakout star. Incredibly, the character was only supposed to be in one episode.

Now definitely an adult, Jaleel White is a father of one. The star had daughter Samaya in 2009 with his now ex-girlfriend Bridget Hardy. We wish you all the best, Urkel!

These days, Sabrina Bryan — aka Dorinda Thomas — is married to strategic accounts manager Jordan Lundberg. The couple welcomed their daughter, Comillia Monroe, in 2020.

We’ve already mentioned iconic child star Macaulay Culkin, but did you know he’s married to another child star? Culkin started dating actress Brenda Song in 2017, and they welcomed son Dakota Song Culkin in 2021.

Perhaps because of their unusual backgrounds, Brenda Song and Macaulay Culkin like to keep their kid out of the spotlight. Dakota’s picture hasn’t been officially released or posted, but the infant has been papped while out for a stroll with his famous mom.

For lots of ’90s kids, Zenon Kar was the coolest kid ever. In 1999, Disney Channel Original Movie Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century, the character is sent from her alien planet to live on Earth amongst humans. At first, she struggles to fit in, but eventually, she saves the world. Awesome!

Kirsten Storms married actor Brandon Barash in 2013, and together, they’re parents to daughter Harper Rose. The couple called it quits in 2016, but decided to stay amicable for their child.
